Healthy Pizza Recipes
- 1 garlic clove (diced)
- 1/4 cup basil (fresh)
- 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme
- 2/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar

- 1/2 cup zucchini (thin sliced)
- 3/4 cup red bell peppers (diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Pizza dough (Readymade)
- 1 package - shredded mozzarella (8 ounce)
Use a big mixing bowl to mix garlic clove, fresh thyme, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix it well and keep it aside until required.
Place the fresh vegetables in marinade form. Refrigerate the mixture overnight or may be one hour. Press the pizza dough evenly on the pizza pan. Coat the pan with olive oil so that it does not stick. Shred it with mozzarella cheese and keep it aside. Remove vegetables from marinade and drain off the additional liquid marinade. Arrange the vegetables on top of the mozzarella cheese and before you put it in oven; you need to preheat it for 425 degrees. Allow the pizza to bake for about 12 minutes and serve hot.
